Before we meet:

Your immersion begins before we even sit down together. You’ll receive guided journal prompts to help you name what’s been heavy and clarify what you desire. I’ll send you a short audio meditation to open your energy, along with simple energy-clearing practices you can do at home. And you’ll be invited to choose a small embodiment cue — lighting a candle, wrapping yourself in a shawl, holding a crystal, or sipping tea with intention — to mark this as sacred time.

This isn’t busywork. It’s the quiet opening. The moment where your body whispers: “I am ready.”

During our immersion:

We meet in sacred space for one hour. I channel Spirit’s guidance with precision, bringing through the clarity your soul has been waiting for. Together we untangle what feels heavy, name what is true, and illuminate the next steps that are ready to be taken.

By the time we close, you will feel different in your body. Spirit does not leave you wondering. Spirit leaves you lighter, clearer, and steady enough to take the next step forward.

After our time together:

The Threshold does not close when the call ends. You’ll be held in integration with two days of Voxer support, a personalized voice note summarizing your key guidance, and a simple roadmap PDF that carries your clarity into embodied action.
